Seven stages, one point of responsibility
A pool is a structure, a water-treatment system and a garden feature at the same time. We manage all three together rather than leaving you to coordinate separate trades.

Consultation
We talk through how you want to use the pool, the look you have in mind and the practical constraints of the site.

Site assessment
Access, ground conditions, levels, drainage, services and the relationship to the house and garden are all checked properly.
- 03
Design
Shape, depth, finishes, steps, heating, covers and plant are specified together so the pool works as one system.
- 04
Proposal
A written proposal setting out specification, stages, responsibilities and cost, so nothing is left vague.
- 05
Build
Excavation, structure, plant installation, tiling or lining, coping and commissioning, coordinated with your other trades.
- 06
Handover
Balanced water, a working system and a full explanation of how to run it, with documentation.
- 07
Ongoing care
Ongoing swimming pool maintenance can be discussed separately with the StarLuxe team.

AfterPool heating
Heating designed, supplied, installed and maintained
A properly specified heating system is what turns a pool from an occasional feature into something you use throughout the season. StarLuxe designs, supplies, installs and maintains both heat pumps and gas boiler systems.
Heat pumps
An efficient way to heat a pool for regular seasonal use. We size the unit to the pool, site it correctly with the right airflow and pipework, and set it up to run as economically as possible.
Gas boilers
Where faster heat-up times or higher output are needed, a gas boiler system can be the right choice. We specify, install and service the complete system, working alongside your other trades where required.
Heating can be included in a new pool build, added during a renovation, or upgraded as a standalone project, with ongoing servicing available from the same team.
Glass pool fencing
Design, supply and installation
Frameless and semi-frameless glass fencing keeps an open view of the pool and garden while providing the safety barrier required around water. StarLuxe designs, supplies and installs glass pool fencing to suit your pool and surroundings.
