Who we are
StarLuxe Wellness Ltd, trading as StarLuxe Pools & Spas, of The Bricks, Manor Farm, Selsey Road, Donnington, Chichester, PO20 7PL, is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode and the details you give us about your hot tub, pool or project, including any photographs or plans you choose to upload. We also record the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which enquiries come from which source.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange visits, quote for work, provide servicing and keep records of work carried out. Where you have ticked the marketing box, we also use your email address to send occasional care tips, seasonal advice and product updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
